The initial assessment is a one hour private session where the head coach begins to teach the basic principles of Pilates. We evaluate your fitness level and begin to design a program specifically suited to you – whether you’re in rehabilitation, in training, or you want to improve your physical and mental wellbeing. We use the session to take detailed notes as the basis of your personalised program. If you can, come a few minutes early to complete the assessment form. Please wear comfortable, fitted exercise clothing. The use of gloves and socks is mandatory.
